Celeste is a dynamic public speaker and enthusiastic contributor, who brings a rich blend of business and emotional intelligence to every engagement. She is a proud TEDx Speaker Finalist (UStreetWomen 2022), honored to make top round out of 150 speakers from 25 states and 6 countries.

In addition to her decades background in business intelligence analysis, Celeste is a Co-Active Life Coach, trained by the world-renowned Co-Active Training Institute. She is a data-driven DEI leader, Certified Diversity Executive, and holds an advanced certificate in Design Thinking from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. Celeste is also one of an elite group worldwide trained and authorized by the Institute for Productive Tension (IPT) to administer its tension management analytical model, used by organizations globally.

Cultivating people to dig beneath the surface, break mental barriers and become the most deeply satisfying version of themselves is Celeste's extreme honor and joy. Celeste is passionate about illuminating each human's unique value. She proudly served Johns Hopkins University & Medicine as both Co-Chair of Institutional Equity and Co-President of the Information Technology Diversity, Development and Inclusion Council, helping provide unprecedented insight and reach new heights during her fulfilling tenure. It is Celeste's mission to provide valuable insight and create unprecedented shifts for as many clients as she can, for decades to come.
